Applications, lead magnets, surveys and campaign-specific forms can benefit from a focused page. A basic site contact form may not need a separate experience if the surrounding page already supports the task.

Keep Necessary Context

Focus does not mean stripping away information the visitor needs to decide. Explain what the form is for, what happens after submission and any important requirements before asking for data.
